SO bad!
I have to confess I had pizza yesterday. I did great in the morning. Ate an egg cooked in coconut oil and then for lunch home made tomoato & Thyme soup with spelt crackers. All this was great.
Then dinner.
We had a big storm over here on Friday and so yesterday was clean up the yard day. Branches were everywhere! By the time we finished it was late any my husband suggested pizza. I havent had a slice of pizza in over 2 years. I just knew/know that as soon as I eat such a fatty, carb infested food I gain huge amounts of weight so I never eat it.
Its interesting that given my weight seems to be stabilizing so well, that I feel like both myself and my husband have been pushing the boundaries on 'bad food'. Regardless of weather I gain weight or not, these foods are not good, healthy foods to eat, so I have to ask myself why I am so interested in eating them?
I guess I just need to learn a lesson here and think very carefully about my decisions and why I am making them.
Though I am happy I am only a pound over my last injection weight, I know that this was an 'unnecessary' pound and therefore a waste of a few days to get me back to where I should be.
