It continues to elude arrgghh! It was my fault. I didn't even post yesterday because I had made my son banana and choc chip mini-muffins for school and had cheated by eating one and then not even getting close to my water intake for the day.... I was up a pound the next day.
Yesterday I was perfect with regards to diet, but still didn't get the water I should have so the fact that I have lost .2 lbs in the two days (and gained 1lb!) is testament to all of that. I am happy I am back on track and assuming I behave myself today should (finally) get to that 10lb mark tomorrow.
I hope you are all having much success and being a little more disciplined than I have. Here's to me still getting to those 140's before the weekend of the 19th - I hope!
